Portion 3 of Holbrook farm.  2122 Ha: Fence: Very good.  2.4 meters Game fence with Jackal wire.  The fence between farm 1 and 2 has yet to be erected and is 6km long.  Camps/Field: The farm is divided into camps with Fox Wire and the field is mainly sour and bushy field.  Water: Water is supplied from Boreholes equipped with windmills.  Improvements:  There are no other improvements on the farm and the farm is suitable for Cattle, Sheep and Game.

Rare and Unique Opportunity.  To earn a Passive Income from the power generated by the Wind Turbines that will be erected on the properties and the power is then purchased by power consumers in the country of which “Anglo American” in this case is, the Power Purchaser. 

Projects on Properties:   “San Kraal, Hartebeeshoek, Hughdale”

Projects on Port. 3 of Holbrook No. 181.  San Kraal Wind Power (Pty) Ltd: 10 Wind turbines.  Generates 56 Megawatts p.a. Turbine size 5,6 MW ensuring passive annual income of R1 960 000,00 p.a. with a 7,5 % escalation.  There is also an amount payable to landowner of R588 000,00 plus vat, January 2024.                                              

Hartebeeshoek Wind Power (Pty) Ltd: 5 Wind turbines.  Size 5.6 MW.  Generation is 28 Megawatts p.a. which ensures a passive income of R980 000.00 p.a. with an escalation of 7.5 % p.a. There is an amount payable to landowner of R294 000,00 + vat, January 2025.   Leasing: The 2122 ha can also be leased for R400 000,00 p.a. with an escalation and this includes the field section.          

Summary: Holbrook farms: Remaining port. 2900 ha and port. 3 from Holbrook farm – 2122 ha.  The first 2 projects, San Kraal and Hartebeeshoek on port. 3 of Holbrook will be developed first with a goal date for finalisation are San Kraal ± October 2024 and Hartebeeshoek ± October 2025.  The Hughdale project is going to be set up on the remaining portion of Holbrook, the impact studies are now completed and the erection then follows.  Due to the size of the farm, more turbines can be constructed and the size of the turbines increases and can generate more power per turbine.
Passive Income: The income from the San Kraal and Hartebeeshoek projects on port. 3 will then be together R3 340 000,00 p.a. with a 7,5 escalation from the Wind turbines and land.   The income of the Hughdale project can amount to R3 500 000,00 p.a. and then the rest of the farm can be further leased for an amount of R750 000,00 p.a.  The 3 Residential Houses can also be rented out to the project managers for ± R100 000,00 p.m. or the farm can be converted into a Guest Farm.  Total expected income is ± R8 790 000,00. The Farms are situated 12 km from the N9 route and the main road.
